Say hello to Stella, the heart of a best friend.

Stella has experience living happily with other dogs and elementary-aged children, and she’s proven herself to be an affectionate, loving companion. Stella can be a little timid at first, but give her a moment and you’ll watch her blossom into the sweetest cuddle bug. When she wants love, she’ll stand beside you and gently hold onto you like the most polite hug imaginable. Add in her love for car rides and splashing in the water, and Stella becomes the total package of sweetness and sophistication.

Stella is a 2-year-old Mixed Breed beauty weighing 51 pounds and fully grown. She walks nicely on leash, listens well, and while she may pull a little when excited, she’s smart and eager to please, making it an easy fix. Intelligent and attentive, Stella also keeps her kennel impressively clean — proof that this classy girl truly knows how to carry herself with style and grace.

What truly makes Stella unforgettable is her loving heart. She may start out a little unsure in new situations, but she warms up quickly and shines brighter with every new experience. Sweet, soulful, and full of quiet elegance, Stella is ready to trade shelter life for a furever home filled with love, adventure, and plenty of fun!

Adopting from the SPCA of the Triad means giving your new companion a healthy and happy start! Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchipping, age-appropriate vaccinations, and heartworm testing —so you can feel confident your furry friend is ready for their new home.
