Meet Mavis, a sweet little torbie spitfire with a big personality and a unique way of seeing the world!

Mavis is sight-impaired, but she certainly doesn’t let that stop her from being a curious, spirited kitten. She’s got plenty of sass, plenty of sweetness, and just enough mischief to keep life interesting!

Because the world can sometimes be a little overwhelming for Mavis, she’s looking for a calm, predictable home where she can settle in at her own pace. A consistent routine and gentle approach will help this special girl feel safe and confident.

Once Mavis knows she’s safe, her sweet personality shines through. She may need a little extra patience and understanding, but she has so much love and personality to give in return. A pinch of different (but aren't we all?), a dash of adorable, and a large scoop of Mavis. The purrfect recipe for a happy home!

Adopting from the SPCA of the Triad means giving your new companion a healthy and happy start! Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchipping, age-appropriate vaccinations, and heartworm testing, so you can feel confident your furry friend is ready for their new home.

Mavis also comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. This benefit includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers and behaviorists, plus online materials to help ensure a smooth transition into a new home. You can text unlimited questions to Petcademy, and they'll respond within 24 hours (Monday through Friday).
