Introducing Mary (AKA Little Shorty)

If love could wag its tail, it would look a whole lot like Mary. From the moment you meet her, it's impossible not to fall for her sweet personality, adorable squishy face, and endless affection. She never meets a stranger and believes every person deserves a hug, a kiss, and, most importantly, a lap to curl up in. With her playful spirit and heart of gold, Mary is more than ready to find the family she's been waiting for.

Mary is a 2-year-old mixed breed who weighs just under 35 pounds, making her a wonderful medium-sized sidekick. She loves to run, play with toys, and soak up every bit of attention she can get. Her favorite place in the world is right beside her people. Other dogs? Well, we haven’t really been able to figure out her “type” so we are open to all meet and greets!

Mary isn't looking for perfection—she's looking for love. She dreams of a family who will adore her silly personality, laugh at her goofy antics, and always welcome her onto the couch for snuggles. Adopting from the SPCA of the Triad means giving your new companion a healthy and happy start! Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchipping, age-appropriate vaccinations, and heartworm testing, so you can feel confident your furry friend is ready for their new home.

Mary also comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. This benefit includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers/behaviorists and online materials to help ensure a smooth transition into a new home. You can text unlimited questions to Petcademy, and they'll respond within 24 hours (Monday through Friday).
