Introducing Jack
Update***
Jack has had an absolute blast at our Brews for Rescue events AND his favorite stop on the Tour was Doggo's. Jack ran and played with all of the dogs (all sizes and ages) and was on top of the world.
Jack is out of his shell now and loves humans. He loves kids, adults -everyone. Jack will kiss, hug, and invite you to snuggle and play.
Jack will do well in any home; however, he would thrive with an active family with children and another dog.
Introducing Jack—the kind of dog who quietly steals your heart and then suddenly fills your world with joy. At first, he can be a little shy, taking in everything around him with gentle curiosity—but give him a moment (or introduce him to another dog), and you’ll see the real Jack shine. He becomes playful, affectionate, and full of life—zooming around the yard, handing out kisses, and even climbing into laps like he’s always belonged there. He’s incredibly intuitive, keeps his cool in stressful situations, and has a natural ability to listen and learn.
Jack is a 1-year-old male mixed breed, weighing about 29 lbs fully grown. He’s the perfect medium size—big enough for adventures, small enough to fit right into your daily life. He rides quietly in the car, behaves wonderfully at the vet, and shows all the signs of being highly trainable thanks to his intelligence and eagerness to please.
His one must-have? A doggie best friend. Jack absolutely comes alive around other dogs—they bring out his confidence, his playful spirit, and his happiest self. Whether he’s sprinting full speed in the yard or making new furry friends with ease, Jack is at his very best with a companion by his side. If you’ve got a welcoming pup at home, Jack might just be the perfect missing piece!
Adopting from the SPCA of the Triad means giving your new companion a healthy and happy start! Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchipping, age-appropriate vaccinations, and heartworm testing —so you can feel confident your furry friend is ready for their new home.
Jack comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org.
