Gus is a 1-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing in at a petite 8 pounds full grown. Don’t let his size fool you—he’s got a big heart and plenty of love to give! He’s done well at adoption events, where he handles other dogs just fine and focuses on soaking up attention from his favorite humans. While he can be a bit vocal around bigger dogs occasionally, it’s all talk—this little guy just needs a moment to feel safe. Once he does, he’s all cuddles, charm, and tail wags. 

 

During a foster care stay, Gus proved to be a laid-back, easy companion who loves nothing more than curling up close and relaxing.
